  • Returns for Opened Oils

    We do not accept returns for opened essential oils or products that have been used, unless there is a verified manufacturing defect.
  • Returns for Unopened Products

    Unopened products in their original condition and packaging may be eligible for return within 14 days of receipt. To initiate a return, please contact us atsupport@airlys.comwith your order details. Shipping costs for returns are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to a manufacturing defect.
  • Manufacturing Defects

    If your product has a manufacturing defect, please reach out to us within 14 days of receipt. We will require a description and photo evidence of the defect to assess the issue. Once verified, we will arrange for a replacement or issue a full refund.
  • Refund Processing

    Refunds for eligible returns will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days after receiving the returned item. Note that shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to a manufacturing defect.
  • Non-Returnable Items

    Opened essential oils and diffusers without a manufacturing defect are not eligible for return or refund.
